1. President:

1.1 Lori (Pres) and Susan (Gear) to attend Captains Induction.

1.2 Events: Freshers Fayre, Friday 19th September, Noon- 4pm, ISE hall
                 Play Before You Pay, Wednesday 24th September, Avertical World Climbing Centre

                 Slideshow, Thursday 25th September, 7.30pm

                 Roger Wild Navigation, 7th October

                 Roger Wild Winter, 20th January

                 Inter-club Relay Race, 1st October

1.3 Sponsorship

1.3.1 Tiso made new sponsorship offer, including £500 non-retail priced gear, Safety Certificates from all suppliers, Personal DURC Club Night.

1.3.2 Tiso Logo on T-Shirt and carry logo on all other official merchandise

1.3.3 Braes continuing as sponsor pub.

2. Meets:

2.1 New Meets Structure

2.1.1 1st weekend of Month - Weekend Meet (6 in total)
2nd weekend of Month - Climbing Meet on Saturday, Day Meet on Sunday

3rd weekend of Month -  Day Meet on Saturday, Climbing Meet on Sunday
4th weekend of Month -  Climbing Meet on Saturday, Day Meet on Sunday

2.2 Ochille day meet to be Navigation Meet after Roger Wild lecture

2.3 Possibility of Mystery Tour if logistically possible!

3. Social:

3.1 Events: Autumn Ceilidh, 17th October @ The Friary. Need budget for Band. Ticket Price TBC.

                 Christmas Dinner, Friday 12th December. Menu generally still generally unavailable from venues.

                                            - Offer from Casino, dinner & time on tables £14.95 pp

                 Burns Night Supper, 29th January. Difficulty finding suitable venue. Queens Hotel to be retried.

3.2 T-shirt: Some designs received. Deadline for designs set till after freshers arrive.

                 Shirt to be out before Dundee Mountain Film Festival

3.3 Union:  Second semester. Night in Mono with proceeds going to DURC. Organisation does not seem overly difficult.

4. Treasurer:

4.1 Buses costing £120, ~50% increase on last year. Approach Sports Union about use of buses.

4.2 Club Membership Cost to be £30 for 08/09
