1. President

1.1 Sports Union gives us £20 each for BUSA climbing

1.2 Sports Union to make contribution to those who went on Winter Skills courses, depending on year of study

1.3 AGM before Easter holidays. Developments in club structure to be discussed. Time & Date TBC.


2. Vice President

2.1 Avalanche Lecture well attended.

2.2 SUSA climbing competition entry to be organised


3. Meets

3.1 Interest for last weeks trip nil. Meet cancelled.


4. Social

4.1 Weekend 9th-11th May for Annual Dinner. Likely sending a bus to pick people up on Saturday if they don't want to come on the Friday night.

5. Web

5.1 Website to be restructured to facilitate easier updating by committee members, allowing the site to be updated more regularly by people other than the webmaster.
