President’s report

1.1 VP Position

With regards to the position of VP it was decided that all interested in filling the post should contact the committee ASAP.

1.2 ‘Rick Taylor’s expedition to Everest’

Lecture to be organised based around Rick Taylor’s visit to Everest.

1.3 Freshers’ Reps

The committee have voted in Julia and John as the freshers’ reps for this year.

2.1 Winter experience

Final arrangements and logistics arranged.

Social Secretary’s Report

3.1 Burn’s Night

Booked for the 1/02/06 at the Queen’s Hotel; other arrangements to be finalised.

3.2 Kit

Additional kit will be available to order in the coming weeks.

3.3 Annual Dinner

Locations suggested; Torridon, Poolewe.
